Die ideale Ergänzung und Unterstützung zum Grundkurs und für eine bereits bestehende Selbstpraxis im „Mysore Programm“.
In diesen Stunden geht es vor allem, um den Kraft- und Flexibilitätsaufbau und um die richtige Ausführung und Vertiefung einzelner Asanas (Alignment), es wird in einer lockeren Atmosphäre unterrichtet, d.h. es wird diskutiert, gefragt und zusammen werden Themen erarbeitet. Bei unseren „Essentials“ Kursen wird sehr individuell auf die unterschiedlichen Praxisniveaus der Teilnehmer eingegangen. Dieser Kurs ist ideal für alle, die an der Technik und Vertiefung ihrer Ashtanga -Yogapraxis arbeiten wollen.
Einzige Voraussetzung für diesen Kurs: Du solltest den Sonnengruß A & B gut beherrschen :-))
